Event Description
On Wednesday, March 9th, join your fellow co-workers and local labour activists for the second-ever Working Class Wednesday! If you haven't heard of the Retail Action Network, we are a network of retail workers and labour activists that fight for workplace justice, increased wages, and improved conditions in the retail sector. Come out and meet others who are interested in workplace justice and enjoy a night of delicious food, comedy, conversations, organizing, bingo and let's not forget the drink specials!!
If you work in Retail, Hospitality, or Food Service, then bring your pay stub for FREE food, FREE admission, and $4 drink specials.

Doors open and dinner is served.
Q&A with worker's rights organizations.
7pm-10pm
Musical BINGO and Trivia hosted by Paul & Paul.
Entertainment and drink specials.
Arts & crafts.

The Victoria Event Centre is not considered to be a wheelchair accessible venue. There is a lift available and reserved parking, however, there is no accessible washroom.

This is an all ages event. No ID required. Pay stubs may be asked for as proof of retail / hospitality employment.
