Victoria Folk Music Society weekly gathering — Everyone welcome jam 6:45pm, Open Stage 7:30pm, Feature Performers Out of the Woods 9pm; Norway House, 1110 Hillside Avenue, $8 cash at the door

As the pandemic faded into history, Brennan Clarke and Patty Castle emerged from their musical cocoons to form their duo, Out of the Woods. Featuring Brennan on guitar and harmonica and Patty on stand-up bass, their shows are upbeat and fun. Filling out the sound tonight is Tracy Summers on guitar, banjo, cajón, and vocals. Collectively they draw from their backgrounds in Folk, Roots, Rock and Pop music and cover a variety of songs ranging from the well-known to some undiscovered gems. With acoustic instruments, interesting arrangements, and sweet vocal harmonies Out of the Woods presents a unique Folk sound that will have you singing along, tapping your your feet, and smiling ear to ear!
